COUPONS

Periodically, the company offers registered customers discount codes (coupons). These coupons may either be in the form of a fixed discount or a percentage discount.

Each coupon generated will have its own specific terms, which will be outlined at the time of receipt.

During browsing, product prices do not include any discounts on the coupons. The actual discounted price will be calculated and displayed after entering the discount code in the corresponding order summary section, but always before payment.

How to Use Your Coupon

• Choose the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
• Proceed to checkout and enter the required purchase details. Please note: if you choose to use the "one-click payment" option and select a payment method that supports fast-checkout, you will not be able to enter any discount codes.
• Enter your discount code in the designated section in the order summary during checkout and click the "Apply" button.
• The total amount of your cart will be recalculated based on the discount associated with the coupon used.

It will not be possible to request the addition of a discount code after the payment has been completed.

GIFT CARDS

It is possible to purchase gift cards with a specific value, which can only be redeemed online on the official website. The availability of these gift cards is at the discretion of the company. If available, they must be purchased online through the designated section accessible from the navigation menu and can be gifted via a virtual delivery of the discount code via email. The gift card will never be sent physically to the recipient or the purchaser.

General Terms for Gift Cards

• The gift card can only be used in the shipping country selected when purchasing it.
• Purchases made with a gift card must be in the same currency as the one used to purchase the gift card.
• Gift cards can be used to make multiple purchases.
• Gift cards have a validity of 12 months from the date of purchase.
• A gift card code can be combined with other gift card codes and additional valid discount codes.
• The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• Goods purchased with a gift card can be returned. The amount related to the returned goods will not be refunded in cash, but will be credited back to the virtual gift card until the maximum value of the card is reached.
• From the date of purchase of the gift card, the purchaser has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal and requests the cancellation of the purchased gift card if it has not been used. Only the original purchaser may exercise this right by emailing a request for Gift Card cancellation to Customer Service by e-mail.
