Check your order

Every single order is characterized by standard processes.

• Choose your article.
• Make payment by credit card or PayPal account.
• If your payment is successful, you will immediately see the page ORDER CONFIRMED.
• You will receive an authomatic order confirmation email with a summary of the products purchased and some other useful information.
• The order will be processed by our stockhouses (in case of problems, you will be promptly contacted by our Customer Service.)
• When our couriers (DHL or Bartolini) take over your order, you will receive an authomatic email where you will find your TRACKING NUMBER and a referral link where you can follow it directly on the official website of the courier. We remind you that the link will only be valid from 00:00 hours on the day following receipt of the email address.
