The new BUFERA line represents the highest level of PISSEI’s research and development for winter cycling apparel. Every detail has been engineered to withstand the harshest weather conditions, offering full protection from freezing temperatures, wind and light rain without compromising performance or comfort.

The BUFERA jacket is designed as a hybrid garment that combines the insulation of a thermal jacket with the waterproof properties of a rain shell, while maintaining high breathability.
The result is a technically advanced and unique product capable of adapting to unpredictable and rapidly changing climates.

CONSTRUCTION AND MATERIALS

  • 10,000 mm waterproof membrane strategically positioned on torso, sleeves and back to protect the most exposed areas.
  • Thermal DWR-treated fabric on sides and underarms to balance protection and breathability while preventing overheating.
  • Thermotaped shoulder seams to eliminate water ingress points and enhance rain resistance.
    This advanced combination ensures the perfect balance between insulation, waterproofing and excess heat release, making the jacket Flanders-ready: built for the toughest Northern Classics conditions.
