The new fabric

Made with Italian NYAL fabric from the Sensitive® Fabrics line, Primapelle Ultra guarantees muscle support, lightness and an impeccable fit even on the most demanding rides.
With its compression and stretch characteristics and Sensitive® Sculpt Technology Total Comfort - NYAL fabric from Sensitive® Fabrics is designed to offer targeted compression, supporting muscles without restricting movement and ensuring consistent performance over time.

Breathability and moisture management

The fabric is highly lightweight and water-repellent, promoting air circulation and rapid evaporation of sweat to keep the skin dry in any condition, even the most intense.

UV Protection and Resistance

The fabric provides UPF 50+ protection, making it ideal for long hours of training in the sun. In addition, it is highly resistant to frequent washing and wear and tear.

Thermowelding: Zero Friction, Maximum Aerodynamics

The Primapelle ULTRA suit is a one-of-a-kind garment. The most advanced assembly techniques have been brought to their maximum development, the result of the experience gained in the creation of the chrono body suits for the UAE team, tested in the wind tunnel to guarantee maximum aerodynamic performance. This know-how has subsequently been adapted and applied to this suit, with the aim of offering high performance also on the road.

As with all products designed for high performance, the delicate nature of the materials used requires special attention in maintenance and care. The assembly process uses ultrasound technology, subsequently reinforced by the application of a heat-sealed micro-fabric tape, which guarantees a resistant finish without traditional seams. The same process is used for the hems of the bottom of the shirt and the waistband of the shorts. These processes require specific precautions during washing and drying. It is essential to avoid any exposure to heat sources, such as irons, dryers or radiators, which could compromise the integrity of the materials and adhesives. In case of washing in the washing machine, a maximum temperature of 30°C is recommended, avoiding the use of the spin cycle. If washing by hand, it is advisable not to rub the fabrics excessively and not to leave them to soak for more than 5-10 minutes. Any detergents must be delicate and free of whitening or disinfecting agents, such as bleach or amuchina. It is also absolutely not recommended to use fabric softeners, as these products damage the fibres and compromise the effectiveness of the heat-sealed adhesions.
