Pissei continues its collaboration with Wilier Triestina – Selle Italia Team in 2018. The partnership continues after the excellent results of the last two years. The collaboration with Angelo Citracca’s team allows to test Pissei’s clothing and further to improve the product from a technological point of view.

“We confirm the sponsorship with the Wilier Tirestina–Selle Italia team for the third year” says Roberto Carpignani, Pissei’s sales and marketing director. “We are satisfied with the collaboration with the team and with Filippo Pozzato – Carpignani continues – which allows us to test the materials and products that our customers can use at the highest world races. For example the Sanremo shirt and shorts from Spring Summer 2018 Collection have been tested in advance during the last Giro d’Italia. A zero km supply chain to offer the maximum of innovation and technology”.

Last January 11th, in the evocative setting of the Odescalchi Castle in Ladispoli, the liveries of the new uniform have been unveiled. The new uniform takes the colors of last season using the Sanremo line technology. The uniform guarantees maximum lightness and breathability through use of Dry Net technology. Furthermore, it combines three different fabrics adapting them to different areas of sweating of the bust. A jersey that weighs only 112 grams and guarantees athletes maximum performance.
The partnership with Wilier Tirestina and Selle Italia creates a team and a collaboration of brands with a strong Italian traction. For Pissei it is a pride and an opportunity in a period when it is increasingly difficult to invest in Italia cycling.
