Product care

Which is the best way to wash my Pissei item?

What i can do if my Pioggia item looses his impermeability?

How to order

How can I add an item in my cart?

From the product’s information that you access by clicking on the single item, you can choose the size and color you want and click on the button “Add to Cart”.

I have to create an account to proceed with an order?

To place an order on pissei.com you must create an account by providing their username and password. Upon completion of the order you will need to provide an address for billing and/or shipping.

How can i be sure to have complete the order in the right way?

Once you completed the order correctly you will receive a confirmation email to your email address with details of your order.

È possibile cancellare un ordine?

The customer has the right to withdraw from the transaction concluded with PISSEI, without penalty and without giving any reason, within fifteen (15) working days from the day of receipt of goods purchased on PISSEI site.

You can also request to change a product chosen with another; in this case it will not, however, be guaranteed by PISSEI the availability of the new product chosen.

How to choose your product

Which is the safety level if I pay online with credit card?

If paying by credit card, financial information (such as the number of credit / debit card or the expiration date) will be protected by cryptographic protocol to other banks, which provide the electronic payment services at a distance, without third parties, in any way have access. Currently Pissei uses the PayPal system for receiving credit card payments. Shipment and delivery

What are the delivery times?

There is the possibility of returning the item damaged. PISSEI, when exercising the right of withdrawal by the customer, has the right to not accept returned products that are returned without the corresponding tag or that have been altered from their original status or have been damaged.

What are the shipping costs?

Return of the goods

Is possible to ship back an item?

The goods to be returned must be shipped at the Customer within 15 days from receipt of goods to the address indicated in the Return Form. The goods will be sent a replacement at no additional charge for shipping.

Is possible to ship back a damaged item?

Yes, under the following conditions:

  • The Return Form must be correctly filled out and sent to PISSEI, fax no. 0573-537750 or by mail to webstore@pissei.com, within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of goods. Request form to
  • webstore@pissei.com The products should not be used, worn, washed or damaged;
  • The identification tag must still be attached to products with the disposable seal, which forms part of the assets;
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging;
  • PISSEI reserves the right not to accept a single order returned and delivered at different times;
  • The returned products must be delivered to the carrier within fifteen (15) working days from the date you received them.
How quickly you can make a goods return?

How the refund is processed?
